Abstract
The effects of human Immunoglobulin G (IgG) purified from normal plasma were studied on HUVECs in different experimental settings to verify the possibility that the immuno-modulatory activity of exogenously administered IgG in various autoimmune and allergic diseases, as reported in the literature, might also involve these less specialized cells of the immunity through the activation of specific cellular pathways.
